A completed BILLD application requires ALL the following components to be submitted no later than April 17. Late and/or incomplete applications will not be considered.

1. Application form
2. Current resume/bio, limited to two, typed pages. See guidelines here.*
3. Essay, describing your qualifications for receiving a BILLD Fellowship. Your essay must be limited to two typed pages, and must address the four questions outlined here. *
4. Two letters of recommendation from state legislative colleagues and/or graduates of the Bowhay Institute. Please note that members of the BILLD Steering Committee are not permitted to write letters of recommendation.
