2023 MLC Criminal Justice & Public Safety Committee Meeting

In conjunction with the 77th Annual Meeting of the Midwestern Legislative Conference (MLC), the MLC Criminal Justice & Public Safety Committee will hold its 2023 Meeting on Sunday, July 9, in Detroit, Michigan. In addition to traditional committee business, this meeting will also include a presentation on the services provided by the CSG Justice Center.
The committee also will host a plenary session on Tuesday, July 11, to provide an overview of current challenges and opportunities to improve outcomes for youth in the justice system as well as highlight recent changes that Midwestern states and provinces have enacted to strengthen public safety and improve their juvenile justice systems.
