2023 MLC Education & Workforce Development Committee Meeting

In conjunction with the 77th Annual Meeting of the Midwestern Legislative Conference (MLC), the MLC Education & Workforce Development Committee will hold its 2023 Meeting on Sunday, July 9, in Detroit, Michigan. In addition to traditional committee business, this meeting will also include a presentation on the state of higher education in the Midwest.
The committee will also host a plenary session on Monday, July 10, to provide an overview of a Michigan-based initiative that brings together employers from similar industries, as well as education and labor leaders, to strengthen sector-specific talent pipelines.
