Great Lakes Legislative Caucus Annual Meeting

Legislators from across the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River basin took part in the 2026 GLLC Annual Meeting. Participants explored policies to address the environmental and public health concerns associated with emerging contaminants, got a firsthand look at sea lamprey control, learned about leading conservation practices, and discussed rules to address large water users. Members also held executive committee member and officer elections, as well as voted on policy recommendations.

This yearly event is open to GLLC members and all legislators representing the eight states and two provinces of the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Basin, along with representatives from partner organizations.
