The Council of State Government’s Midwestern Legislative Conference Fiscal Affairs Forum is hosting this webinar, which is open to all and designed for legislators and legislative staff. Two leading experts on state tax policy and property tax systems will share their insights and perspective with attendees: Adam H. Langley, associate director of tax policy at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy; and Jared Walczak, vice president of state projects at the Tax Foundation.
