Laura serves as director of the Midwest Interstate Passenger Rail Commission. She also provides staff support for the Midwestern Legislative Conference Corrections and Public Safety Forum and is the CSG Midwest staff liaison for the state of Kansas. She holds an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of California-Los Angeles and a master’s degree in communications from Wheaton College.
